Professional Software for the Development of Optical and Precision Mechanical Components

On the occasion of the 16th Optatec, the international trade fair for optical technologies, components and systems, the Photonics Division of the German industry association SPECTARIS is organising a seminar on "Professional Software for the Development of Optical and Precision Mechanical Components" on 15 May in Frankfurt am Main.
Optatec brings together manufacturers and users of precision optical components and systems from all over the world. In order to develop and use these precision optical elements profitably, a deep understanding of the behaviour of the components and systems in terms of optical, mechanical, thermal and other parameters is required. Today, designers have at their disposal powerful dedicated software packages to help them perform these development and application tasks quickly and effectively.
A selection of professional simulation software packages will be presented live by experts to an interested audience during the two-hour seminar.
We are delighted to be exhibiting at this year's Optatec and to round off the day with a presentation by our Optical Engineer Sohrab Sangini.
